My First Fett

Fuzzual

Hunter
Hey Fellow Fetters! I wanted to get a little opinion on how I'm doing. This is my first attempt at creating a full Fett for my basement. This version is simply for my all out Halloween party, so keep in mind I am cutting a couple of corners for the sake of time. I am planning on spending some real time and money on the next version that will grace my basement. So I am hoping to learn a thing or two during this rough draft. This is a whole new word to me, and I have already told the wife, "Get ready baby, I am now a Fett-a-holic" (I see it as a true test of my marriage:lol:) Anyway, any feedback about what I am doing right, tips, or what I am doing wrong:cry would be great. Thanks guys!

Here are a couple of shots of my Gauntlets in production. My father has been slaving on this for me over the last week. I passed this portion of the project onto him, he loves to work on this kind of stuff, and he has a great attention to detail. At any rate, just wanted your opinions. Thanks!

Helmet Update

WARNING! WARNING! ILLEGITIMATE BUCKET! Okay, I know, but as I said before, I am under time constraints and I have to cut a few corners. So I had a Jango Fett helmet that I bought a while back and decided I would convert it for Halloween. Trust me, I will be making a true Boba Bucket to replace this one with, but it will work this year.

The armor needs some work, (its misssing the yellow) and you will probably notice that I made a total rookie mistake on the abdomen plate, the three small holes on the bottom left are actually on the top right. (Don't ask, I have no idea what happened.)

As always your advice, suggestions, and overall feedback is welcome. Thanks to all.

Weekend Update: Part I

Ok all, here are the most current updates in my weekend progress. The jet pack has a few missing items that I am hoping to get taken care of today, the gauntlets have their first painted steps, and my ROTJ blaster has a start. For a budget Boba, its coming together.
