I am working on my first Boba Fett (ROTJ). The TDH is a great place start...I also found TK409's site, great site. I'm researching armor now, and I am glad to have this site and community for research.

thank rafa, and i agree 100% with you rich, this forums have been my passion for the past months..the community have been great so far I dont want to go into how much i have spent in the past 3 days cause my wife could read and fill for a divorce but... most parts are on their way. I am only missing the Jet Pack, ee3 riffle, boots and fettronics chest ligths. Ordered 1 dp helm for me to paint and 1 custom helm already painted. Special thanks to ghostrider who have been a great seller for most soft parts

I am looking for armor, i don't have a workshop to make armor. I met a gentleman that bought his armor from RKD. It looked great and good quality. Who did you use, OR does anyone know how I can get in touch with RKD armor?
I am going to order my fettronics from tk409.

I heard the dp 95 with white inside was better than the green one, anyone knows whats the difference if any, also any threads on how to modify this helmet ?

slave, you guys deserve every penny, so many mistakes I made on this attemp, rushing the fluid mask, ahh too many to count, check my updates on armor forums and please some pointers are welcome!

The paint job is not bad at all, except the knee base color should be like the right shoulder bell and not the left one.

Wow the white plastic versions are the best DP 95 helmets to work with.

It can be fixed, almost anything can be fixed, it all depends on your technique, some super strength glue and some bondo should do the trick, then maybe some fiberglass reinforcement on the inside to strengthen it some more.

I agree it can be fixed, it wont be super easy to do but. I havent fixed worse but similar. I reccomend Fiberglass for the inside of the helmet and some CA glue as crazy as it sounds. It will melt it back together really, the FG will reinforce the area for sure.

a little update, weathered the Caboots not sure if I am happy with the results thougth:

Revisited the JP and applied the decal. its 80% done at this point:

today took the day off and work about 8 hours on the suit just applying decals, greeblies and mounting aluminium studs and jetpack and painting the sidearm and holster

You're build is great. I hope mine turns out half this good. Sucks that you helmet broke in half, that's insane!
