WOW!! It looks AWESOME!! Can I pick your brain as to how you made the blocks that go on top of the barrel which the plug connectors are attached on each side?? These are the only two parts that are going to give me trouble........

They were pretty easy to make.I made them from (5) 1/16" pieces of sheet styrene (top, sides, front and back).The center area was drawn in and cut out with a x-acto.After that I used a jewelers file to get all the inside edges clean and straight.Then I glued another piece of styrene to the inside, so it gives that countersunk look.Im sure you could use sintra, but it will probably be more sunk in since the sintra is 1/8".Im terrible at explaining things so I hope that makes sense.
