My Boba Fett build thread

Jr Hunter
I have almost all the parts now, and will start painting very soon. This is what I have, and what I am missing at the moment:

Boba progress:

Helmet - Bobamaker - painting WIP
Chest armour - Bobamaker - waiting for paint to arrive
Back/collar armour - Bobamaker - waiting for paint to arrive
Cod/butt armour - Bobamaker - waiting for paint to arrive
Toe spikes - Russrep - size modding needed
Shin tools - Bobamaker - painting WIP
Knee armour - waiting for Bobamaker knees to arrive
Ammo belt - 99centtaco - needs weathering
Shoulder armour - Bobamaker - waiting for paint to arrive
Jetpack - BFUK - ready for painting
Gautlets - need to go hose shopping, need to mount darts
Gloves - need weathering
Girth belt - needs prayers, the paint rubs off :(
Shoes - need weathering
Cape - need weathering
Wookiee braids - need to make these, have hair
Flightsuit - ordered from LadySewForUs
Ankle spats - ordered from LadySewForUs
Flak jacket - ordered from LadySewForUs
Side pockets - ordered from LadySewForUs
Balaclava - need to create pattern, sewing this myself (have lots of hair I need to cover)
Jetpack harness - need belt material
Chest lights - Fettronics V2.1.2

What I need to find is the helmet decals, so if anyone know who can hook me up with some, I'll be happy to know. :)

Any feedback on the setup is appreciated! :D

You can see pics of a lot of the parts at the Boba section of my blog: http://tklisa.blogspot.com/search/label/Boba Fett

Sounds like you got some the best gear on here for Boba!

What you doing for your US Divers belt? What version of Boba you going for? You doing ROTJ or ROTJ SE?

Good luck with your Boba completion!

Thanks!

I have the divers belt, just forgot to add it to the list! Need the seat belt material, though. ;)

More in my blog.

You mention on the blog that prepro 2 was the one that was to be ESB. While technically all the prepros were a step toward ESB. It was the prepro 3 that was given the green light.

But after all that, I'm not sure why we don't call the white suit the prepro 1 and renumber everything up thereafter, since it really came first.

Oh, I got that wrong then.

I have done some progress!

The boot spikes are glued with E6000 and are ready for silicone filling. I misted some black paint on them (had leftovers in the airbrush), but it's not enough to show on pictures.

The shin tools are coming together and only need weathering and hairspray.

The blaster is coming together. Need a lot of paint and weathering, but has a moveable trigger!

One of my armour pieces painted green with silver and yellow battle damage still hidden under masking fluid.

First coat of yellow on the jetpack. The paint is behaving really bad, so the next coats will be misted sloooowly.

Gauntles, bought used from Bobby Fett UK:

Thanks! I really need your positive feedback now, because I just screwed up the masking of the helmet, and I'm sooo sick from the masking fluid smell. I managed to mix up the grey damage and the silver damage on the stenciles, so I just spent two hours masking the silver damage on my light grey helmet. Grrrr.

But the other parts actually have some progress, so here's some more pictures for you:
