Heres a link to the thread where the project is discussed, it also includes a list of the people who kindly donated their time, effort and materials to the project

The cost for a suit like that, if you are going to buy it by the parts, and have others help paint it for you and such, an easy $3,000.00

A good unpainted bucket kit will cost at least $150. A good unpainted jet pack will cost around $300. Good Boots will cost at least $200. An unpainted EE3 Blaster kit is around $250. So there is $900.00 in unpainted parts, helm, boots, JP, and a gun. With PLENTY of stuff left on the list to buy.

We are talking about making the best replica you can, I would go with a Premium FPH and have someone paint it. That's somewhere around $500 for the helmet, and that doesn't include a LED set up, Range finder servo, padding, ect.

Thanks for the reply I am looking to get as close as I can to the costume Jeremy has, excuse my ignorance but what does FPH stand for and who was responsible for the helmet ?

FPH = Fett Pride Helmet, a sound guy who has great attention to detail, making sterling Boba Fett costume parts.

I decided to assemble a Boba Fett costume, even with scanning these forums and preparing I was still shocked of who much things cost if you want the best ... but quality costs, my opinion is buy the best, take your time then you won't need to replace half of your stuff later.

All the best from another newbie Fett-er.

It's best to look through the threads and search... You will find all your answers there....

Then compile yourself a list and seek out the prop makers...

A little research will yield dividends and also a gaping hole in yor pocket..

your not even in the ballpark for a suit like Jeremys ....We also did the same suit for Philip Wise...We as in myself and spideyfett.
I can tell you that if someone wants a suit like Jeremys or philips it is much much more than 3K...personally I wont even paint a helmet for under 1K these days

I am currently putting together an ESB suit that is as close to the Bulloch Project as I can get, with some update/upgrades that are currently available (i.e. new FP Premium lid). I have everything but the sidearm and holster paid for, and I don't want to know what the grand total is to this point. It is more than $3,000. I know that. I went with WickedBeard metal armor and gaunts, and that alone was $1300.

I'm pretty sure I could have a pretty reliable used car for what I have invested in this thing so far.

I guess the point I am trying to make is that the Jeremy project was done by the best of the best artists and prop makers on these boards. Some of the stuff was custom made for Jeremy and can only be found on his suit. I know the MAW jetpack is a one of a kind. If you actually purchased all of the parts and then commissioned each of the painters on the project parts your total investment would probably be well over 7500- 10000.

Spideyfett and myself actually did a second suit for Philip Wise from The Force.net and I can tell you it was much much more than 3K.....

if you go to the Jeremy thread and look at post 185 (3rd picture) you will see all of Jeremys stuff and right next to it you can see a second set of armor and helmet which was Philips stuff. I kept track of each part during the entire project and I can tell you that these 2 suits are very unique and the investment into each one is far greater than the average suit you may find.

here is the suit that was done for Philip by me and Spidey....this is almost a exact replica of the jeremy suit considering it was done at the same time. the only difference is that Spidey and me painted the entire thing

I was just trying to give him an idea. I said an easy 3K, I didn't say 3k was it. I just meant that you'd dump 3k in easily to get started. That's why I broke down how fast you can reach 1k with just a few parts.

Anyways, could someone tell me how tall Jeremy is? I would like to know how close I am to the size of the real Fett. Weight would be cool too if he supplied that info. Maybe waist size and Height? Thanks guys.

Oh, and in my opinion, you could do a Jeremy Replica suit far less than 7,500 if you have skills. There is no need to get things done by "the best of the best" if you yourself are an outstanding artist

The quality is second to none on this and thats what I am looking for that quality and movie accurate, I hope to achive this and I realise it will cost a lot but you get what you pay for at the end of the day.

I have seen the costume up close at Jeremy's house in the Boba Fett shrine he has in an attic room, it is quality through and through, you guys did an aboslutely awsome job and everyone invoved should be really proud.
