MOW ESB Flight suit color

How does the color look to you guys? I dyed it with a bottle of evening blue and a box of pearl grey and have already washed it a couple of times to fade it from the ultra bright blue that it was. I think it's looking pretty close to the ESB screen caps except for the belt pockets they turned out weird.

Could be the light, but i think it should be a touch more blue...maybe get a pic outside in natural light. Mine is weird..sometimes it looks very grey and other times the blue really shows. All depends on the lighting. Hard to give a definitive from the one set of pics in the same lighting. Weird what happened with the pockets there.

Like DV mentions (and as your photos show), lighting has a lot to do with how color looks, unfortunately. Also, camera sensors (particularly older phone camera sensors) tend to oversaturate colors quite a bit. What looks good to your eye can suddenly look way too intense when taking phone camera photos (speaking from experience).

Also, regarding your side pockets: if they were crafted from another material (or a different blend of materials from the flightsuit), that would cause them to dye differently.

Thanks for the input guys! Yeah the pockets came with the suit so they should also be 100% cotton but they are a little thicker so I'm gonna try dying them again for longer and then weather the thing.
