Ok this is not an update in anyway but I wanted too see what the colours looked like in daylight?

Paul, I bit the bullet and posted? ;)

I've layed down some greens and additional weathering to the collar / cod pieces today.. (same process as above) will post pics tomorrow (batteries charging on camera) :p

I went for overspray on the reverse of my armour too....
 
Hey Gav meant to ask is your base coat the Dunklegrun? looks a lot lighter than the pics you sent me (y) also what masking fluid did you use? Humbrol?

Nah the base coat is different.. allot lighter! I layed down my base coat (mix) then misted Olive green highlights.. then brown tones, then the grey/black scorch marks...

Consider this the MK2 version? :lol:
Masking fluid used was the Humbrol 'Maskol'... nice and purple so you can see where you have been? ;)
