Finished the connection between right gauntlet hose with the flightsuit, using a white elastic strap and a clip. The elastic strip is sewn (I´m just a beginner) to the flightsuit with the male part of the clip and the mother part of the clip is fixed with a non-elastic black strap, screwed to the end of the hose.
...and sometimes, you´ll have to take a break... He also loves the costume.
The elastic girth belt is a really good idea. Suited up, threading the nylon through the buckles seems to be the most difficult part to do. It probably saves a lot of time and hassle to just make it elastic.
Nice build so far. You have some great ideas.
Really loving this thread. Very inspiring for my ESB build!!
Thank you, guys!
Hey. I'm new here, and just starting my own ESB build. But I wanted to say that I've devoured this thread over the last hour or so and I am so impressed with your build!
Did a test-fit today... still alot of work to do... and loose some pounds... Still missing the helmet, jetpack and EE-3 blaster. Didn´t put on the sidearm with holster. Wookie-scalps are not fixed yet. The cod-piece and knee armour need to be fixed to the jumpsuit with velcro or magnets. The slot for the chest electronics is not cut into the flakvest.
Where is a good place to buy Sintra from?
Do you know of any places in Canada or US?? Any online stores or site?? Unfortunately I don't live in Germany. (Only Visited and Worked in Germany )

Check around at local sign shops. I called a few places asking if they had any scrap pieces they would give me for free. I got plenty of Sintra for all of my armor, including enough to make mistakes. Just depends on the shop.
Hope this hepls?!

Are you selling your current build? :o hope not - I've been watching Your thread silently for almost a year and you've been a great inspiration. I even made knees for my custom Mando following your build
Thank you sooooo much for your kind words!!!
No, I don´t sell my current ESB Boba... just some parts. There are some bills to pay... and I always wanted to change the softparts, also the sidearm and holster, to get more accurate.
