Metal Toe Spikes

I am also interested in the metal spikes, I did see Mojo Fett, but there isn't a Dakota in the member list, unless he has a 2 part name and Dakota is not his first name. Just FYI if anyone was searching for him.

To order from mojo you need to go through e-bay, his seller name is Mojo_skywalker. I persoanlly think his stuff is the best out there, but that is solely my opinion, so take it as you will.

Machine craft replicas/ Dakota is Jodokast89 on here. I havent seen his toespikes in person but i do have some of his stuff and it is very nice.

Im sure you'd be good either way :)

i have both.

Dakota's spikes fit PERFECTLY flush on the recent MOW boot...

Mojo provides the variant ESB spikes but i was unable to get the plate to sit as well against the soles of my MOWs.

Here is the link to Mojo Fett's ebay store:
Star Wars Boba Fett Boots ESB Toe Spikes | eBay

I purchased some 2 months ago and the delivery was quick, considering it was overseas. No issues with customs. He will ask you to measure the front boot length to get the proper length so be prepared for that email request. They come new and clean, so you will have to rough them up a bit, here is how they fit on my MOW boots, :

Ohhh look how clean and pretty they look! Time to dirty them up. Best line I heard so for from my girlfriend regarding the Fett build, "I can't believe how dirty they look and they are new"! I guess weathering did it's job.

Jbdubz, I am curious since the Dakota spikes fit perfectly, do you experience the grinding or metal hitting when you walk like emme3 described? I experience the same, I kinda miss aligned the left boot a bit too low and not centered. But the right one gives me the same issue of hitting metal depending how I walk or land walking. Or is this just a toe spike issue overall that we have to deal with?

They're great but not quite the best... said the showoff:D

Andy and his stupid real Michell parts!! whatever!!! who wants actual found parts anyways??? LOL

well yes and no. if you are calm and calculated in virtually every move you make, as Boba Fett is, the spikes contacting the floor should be minimum However, if you look at many of the screen caps and promo pics, the spikes at times are tilted upward which could certainly indicate that he too had similar issues with them as well. i would say that it is just an inevitability based on their general placement and they way we inherently walk. the only thing you can really do is make sure the plates are well secured and spike screws are tight. i secure my plates with some pretty hefty screws deep in the soles to ensure they do not move, this helps keep the spike screws in place also (without gluing anything) and honestly haven't had any issues...
