Metal shin tools? Available?

Does anyone offer metal shin tools? I see some old threads about some being offered in aluminum. I'm looking for a set.

If anyone has any leads, please shoot me a PM.

Thanks,

Rob

Well the large shin tool is a squeegee.

I made this is CAD a while ago, fell free to use it.

I have no idea about metal shin tools though, you could make them yourself from sheet metal.

Any particular reason you want metal? I would think even caste in aluminum would weigh your pants legs down more than resin ones.

That'd be pretty sweet if someone made some accurate alum shin tools...eh hem...hint hint :rolleyes "j/k, but seriously"(DodgeBall):D

Accurate "aluminum" shin tools??? :confused

The screen used tools were not aluminum.

I know, I just meant accurate in shape, size etc. & since there painted to look like metal, I thought it would be kinda cool if they actually were metal.

theyd make that cool metal clanking sound when u walk...like spurs and u could REALLY mess someone up with them

Several people here, switched from the metal tools to resin because the clanking drove them nuts and the added weight was a problem.

Before you commit to the aluminum tools, try similar size metal tools in your jumpsuit shin pockets and see if you will like it.

i'm one of those! i had a set of AL tools from omega_man:

they were based off of the visual dictionary pictures. they looked awesome, but i sounded like a wind chime when i walked with them in my pockets.

unless your suit is made of a really heavy material, they'll clang together something fierce.

Sweet set of shin tools there! If the colliding while walking is a problem, why not use some industrial strength velcro to "anchor" them to the suit?
