if this in the wrong section please let me know, i have just completed a maniqiuen for my fett and am going over the steps on how to make one for your self

Alright guys heres for every one that wants a display manikin for their fett but doesnt want to break the bank.
materials needed:
old clothes (long sleeve shirt and pants)
plenty of duck tape 2-3 rolls
roughly 10 ft of pvc pipe
6 90 degree elbows pvc
3 T pvcs
1 fourway pvc
sprayfoam.

first youll start by making a pvc skeleton like the on shown here. then size can very depending on your size or the size you want your maniquien to be
Next youll make a stand for the skeleton. using the elbows and 2 Ts
NOTE i used 3/4 inch pvc because i already had most of the pipe. if you go anysmaller the pipe will get flimsy

the next step youll need a friend to help you with, this is where the old clothes come in. have your friend completly wrap you in duck tape as shown, cutting and placing strips makes for better results.
after this youll let your friend cut up the arms and down the back so you can get the shirt off.
Same thing with the pants
NOTE you can tape then both at the same time , i found it easier to do them seperatley and tape them back together later

next you will fit your legs and chest on the skeleton. I started by taping the bottom off the legs to the pvc and then began filling with spray foam. NOTE you can also use old clothes, cardboard,etc to fill the maniqiuen with but sprayfoam makes for the best results.
after the legs are in hang the chest from the four way as seen here, tape the 2 halfs together and fill the rest of the way with foam or whatever you are using.

Thats it . Total cost for mine was around was $25. you can add more pvc to the top of the 4 way to hang your helmet on.

hey guys i jus wanted to point out that if you want the arms or head in a certain postion you will have to make arm skeletons jus like the main body. i didnt because i wasnt sure how i wanted the arms
