below is my armour build, hoping this will get me into the 501. If you find anything that might void me of 501 membership please state. thanks

The templates are from @wizardofflight and paint scheme from @RafalFett

The Cod piece was made from three different sections, expoy glued together.

I'm seeing them now. Looks pretty good to me. One thing though, the one shoulder bell and the knee plates look to be a bit heavy on the orange. You may want to bring them up a closer to a yellow-orange if screen accuracy is your intent.
Again, Hats off to you. You've put a ton of work into this. It's nice to see it working well.
 
Your armor looks awesome. I am going to start my first armor build soon and have been researching materials. A member on here suggested using Sintra and I came across your thread.

Could you tell me the thickness that you are using?

1/8" is what people use

I am using 3mm which is very close to 1/8"
