LiquiTed's 1st Fit Test: ESB nearing completion!

After 4 years of research, planning and lot's of mistakes and direction changes, my ESB got the first trial fit test today. Thanks mucho to my wife for helping with adjustments and using her sewing talents to make things "work".

Let me know what you think. I still have a large list of items to address but this forums feedback is invaluable.

Current list of "things remaining to accomplish"

Complete installation of Jet Pack thrusters and final fit-test of Jet Pack.
Add chin-skirt or balaclava to cover chin area.
Add side-arm to final fitting. What is the normal method of attaching the holster? I'm thinking of using an ordinary belt beneath the girth belt. Blast + Holster is HEAVY and that's the best mnethod I can think of.
Add damage to ammo belt (looks too new)
Gloves need more "dirt".
Add aluminum rods to shin tools.
Color match side pouches to suit. Also, need matching pouches instead of left & right angle flaps.

I have another helmet being painted that I plan on using with servos for the rangefinder and adding LED to rangefinder.

More I'm sure that needs attention but this has been a long process and has only happened with lot's of help from alot of very talented people. I would try and list them all but I'm afraid I would miss someone. Thanks to all the talented people on these forums!

Oh, and maybe I can finally get around to joining the 501st now!

looks pretty good...Id like to see some dirt on it....the bottom of the flight suit should be pretty dirty
Obviously a sidearm and jetpack...

Yeah, there are several ways it's been done. Some over and some behind. I THINK the original ESB was behind. Back to the gallery!

i think it looks really good. i like the paint job, and what type of boots do you have?
.. seems like you have the obvious stuff figured out. i dont know how screen accurate you want to make it.. i just noticed this today myself, and changed mine a bit (even though i am no where near done).. go to the gallery and look at the side pockets that are attached to the belt in ESB... it seems like it was done differently than PP and PP2 and ROTJ.. its like it was attached behind the belt somehow they are directly under the pouches.. food for thought.. also you may want to make the blaster look like its been fired too :) i could be wrong but i attach the holster to the ammo belt.

great job though! I cant wait to get mine to that point... :)

Looks good to me. Cant point out much that has'nt already been mentioned. I do however think the flightsuit is a little TOO blue. A washing or 2 should fade it a little and i think youd be more spot on. But other than that, and whats already been mentioned..i think your good!

2nd fit test. Jetpack completed, gotta major mistake on it that I need to fix. Added sidearm and repositioned side pouches. I do need to add more lower leg weathering but I don't want to crose the line and end of with black shins either.

Thanks for the feedback. Keep it coming!

Congrats from another newbie. I just got my BH# a few days ago. Feels like an accomplishment doesn't it.

the kit looks really nice.
