Keeping your cool in uniform

Iam thinking of putting ventilation gromets on my flightsuit to stay cool with airflow. They are 1/4" round brass gromets that will be placed under arm pits, 2 per side and possibly in other areas. Anyone done this before?

I've put in grommets, but not in my jumpsuit. I'm not sure which one your asking about. It seems like a fine idea if you're hot. The grommets are pretty easy to put in.
