Jet Pack JP Upgrade Question

Hello to all!

Its been a few years since ive really been super active here and I see alot of new faces.


Im in need of upgrading some of my JP parts. As much as id love to just buy a new JP im happy with my old school,10 year old MLC and I cant justify buying a new one. Plus I think the wife would have a fit.


Im wondering if anyone sells just the thrusters and rocket/missile.


I would contact MLC but I see he has not been on here for a few years and I dont have his contact info. Plus im intrested in seeing who the new makers are and whats all out there.

I'd check with toolguy. He makes specific 3D printed parts that are nice and clean.

3D? OK, that's new to me.

That stuff hold up well? I have zero experience with 3D printed stuff.

Yeah, it's solid

He makes a 3D printed jetpack harness that can hold a crazy amount of weight. I'd send him a PM just to touch base if you have questions. He has threads up in the cargo hold. Aside from that, I'm not sure who else would do individual pieces.

Yea definitely hit Toolguy301 up. His stuff is nice. The pieces are printed through shapeways.com so they are a little pricey, but they are super clean with little to no print lines, so its worth the extra cash.

And when you go to Shapeways check the different materials they offer to have it printed in.. Some of the materials are more expensive but the quality is amazing

Worse case if the 3-d printed stuff is too much cash, i can sell you the parts from my kits. Have no idea if they will fit the MLC but im sure you can make them work with some fiddling around.

LOL!

Yea man i can do that for ya. Once im making them for the pack orders i'll cast one for ya. Probably about a week or so.

im try to print some parts now but on a desk top 3d printer i will post up how they come out
