Jetpack Straps Question- Attachment

Hi all,

I have a MoW jetpack and jetpack harness already and have the straps and metal clips on order from Strapworks. What is the best way to attach the straps to the jetpack harness and the straps to the metal clips? Are these typically sewn or do people attach them with rivets or grommets? If so, what size rivets or grommets do people typically use?
