Jetpack Harness Alternatives?

Hi guys!
Just wondering if anyone has some tips on a well-functioning harness system that's easier and cheaper? I'm redoing my pack and need a decent system for harnessing it without breaking the bank :/ thanks all!

Most baby carrier harnesses can be modified to work as a jetpack harness. You just need to attach nylon straps with the clip ends if you want to do the hook method. I've seen members use this method plus velcro the bottom of the back of the backplate armor to attach their jetpack. I personally don't do this as I have a lightweight, screen accurate version.

Very cool! Wouldn't have thought of the baby carrier idea. I'm testing out a modded/scratch built version of the radio harness now, so I'll try that out first and then maybe pay up for a baby harness if it doesn't hold up thanks guys!

I'm going to try building a scratch one out of conduit and either Kydex flat parts or aluminum flat bar stock from Home Depot. You can bend conduit with a bender or do it on the cheap like I'm going to and fill it with sand to keep the walls from collapsing and bend it around a round object like a 3 lb. weight plate. I'm probably going to buy nylon webbing online like a seatbelt material so it will lay flat under my vest and not bulk up too bad.

Good luck.
