Jet pack Help

Hey guys
Got my first fiberglass JP yesterday. One question... the rocket is resin and in 2 pieces. I want to attatch the 2 pieces. What kind of adhesive would I use on resin?

Ever heard of gorrilla glue? once you glue something together you cannot get it apart, I used it for armor magnets to attach them to the chest armor and they will not budge.

it's good stuff. but WARNING! WARNING! do not use in large amounts cause it foams like crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and its not reccomended for outdoor stuff. but still, good stuff

IT does foam a little but you can dremel that away what sticks out.

Yes in fact I have some gorilla glue! DOH! Didn't think about using it...thanks

you also might want to drill a hole into each piece and glue in a rod of some sort to strenghten the joint. That way you'll have some defense against low doorways. ;)

I used bondo to attach mine.

Thanks again guys sounds good...pesky doorways, you don't even want to know about my first proton pack and a bathroom stall:lol that wasw a drunken nightmare.
