Oooh a scratch build, always love seeing these types of builds. Looking good so far
Very cool. Can't wait to see the progress.
Just got my self a heated knife to help with the job and this will probably turn into a full build thread as i am on the last few parts of the helmet print.
So far so good
Looking good so far keep up the good work
Awesome! How did you do the cylinders?
a little bit of time and some masking tape
The jetpack is really coming along!
What did you make the thruster cone parts from? Just curious
I 3d printed the thruster and very happy with how it came out. i am also going to try and print the rocket
Nice! I guessed as much. To smooth my 3D prints I use a product from Smooth-On called XTC-3D which is really quite excellent. You may want to check it out.
i never knew that product was available :O thanks very much for that i will be ordering some when i get home tonight.
Glad to help
I admire scratch builders...
Looks amazing! How did u make the rocket tip?
It looks great! The rocket/grappling has the whole body or did you cut it to fit into the collar?
@crimotaku: JezzaFett used models from my Shapeways Shop. If you have a 3D printer, you can download all my models for free (if you have an account, if not, make one for free); also you can use Shapeways' services to print any model in the materials made available.
