Jet Pack backplate measurments

Hey this may sound like a dumb question but does any one have approximate Backplate measurements?And if anyone has a scratch built jet pack tutorial that I could work off of that would be even better.

Just do a search on templates, someone has them out their. You can even print them.

I am in need of templates as well. I have scouts, but I do not have the password to unlock the files.
