no OJ this morning ( had a bowl of Boo-Berry though)
anyway, I spent a couple of hours painting this morning
here we are so far today

Great start!!!! Just a friendly suggestion if I may...you might wanna make your stripes a little wider on those thrusters. Should be easy for you to do at this stage before you get going on the weathering. ;) It always looked to me like they go almost to the lip of the thruster.

Love the metal showing through on the spine, and misc other places bro, a very convincing effect for that weathering / damage ! Many people make those spots on their packs with no transitional effect. Your's makes it look like it's really wearing off as it should be. One of the benefits of a true layered paint job. (y)

It is the silver paint (metal) showing through. I wet-sanded the green off.
No topical here, only layered(y)
There are other places where the "metal" shows through. Very hard to pic up with the camera. looks better in person

With that, I'll call it a night.
Gonna do the dark parts on the body tomorrow.
