Is there anything I am missing, or is there anything that I need to get, small items to go along with those other items, such as piano hinges to lock gauntlets in place. Or ways to attach the armor to the suite.

I believe I have the VAST majority on its way.

Any advice or tips is always appreciated

If you are doing an ESB fett, you will need the sidearm holster.

Looks like you have everything. If you wanted to upgrade to aluminum pieces, that is an option. So be sure to check out what is available (darts, beacon, stabilizer, etc).

As for attachment methods, it's all based on personal preference. Not everyone does piano hinges. You will needs lots of 'hardware supplies' depending on which route you go. These can include Chicago screws, piano hinges, Velcro, grommets, magnets, hot glue, elastic, or epoxy (depending on the item being attached).

Thanks DeathProof.

Yes I have been reading up on the various methods. and they vary WIDELY in preference. Some swear by Velcro, others hate it...some snaps....and many also with the Grommet way. As suppose as you say it will all be personal preference. I thing Gommets with be the most secure, but probably the hardest to put together. I guess I should so my research on that to decide with is best for me

Depends on some of the other small details as well. Does the armor have decals? Helmet need a Borden adapter? Knee launchers and gauntlet darts? Collar studs?
I got my boots from CABoots and really like th. They are all leather, but don't look it from a few feet away. Also they are already the right color less a little dirt!
