Intrest in another EE-3 run (ROTJ & ESB)

I'd like to see if there is interest in me doing another run of my hollow cast EE-3 runs.

These are the 3 piece rotocast with a metal bracket ROTJ or ESB EE-3s. They weigh about 2.5-3 lbs and are very strong.

I just added one of 99centTaco's straps to my ESB version and it is awesome.

Both Kits are $225 US and $250 elsewhere.

ESB Version

ROTJ Version

**The Barrel on the ROTJ version looks bent in the pictures. This is due to the fish-eye effect of the camera lens. The barrel is actually very straight.

Sent at least one to Canada and one to EU without trouble. I will mark it ias a $20 gift for you so customs is usually not an issue. It is resin, ceramic and aluminum so metal detectors wont get much and everything is really light weight.

All that said I can't gurentee you wont have trouble with customs. You know how government can be, especially if they are trying to get money

OK, I have plenty of requests. I'll start making them this weekend. It'll be in groups of about 4 at a time 2 ROTJ and 2 ESB, and about a week for each group.

If it get's rejected and comes back to me I can either refund or try again. If it doesn't come back to me I unfortunately don't make enough on these to give them to your governments for free.

We can work something out. I will be sure to mark them as "Stage Prop" and as a $20USD Gift.

I am interested in getting a ESB, a friend of mine will be getting one as well. (fett buddies..lol

)

so we just have to clear it w/our wives..*crosses fingers*

but it most likely be in a 1-2 months time, due to me getting married in the summer and my buddie's daughter passed away last week

so if you can, you'll for sure have two sale in that time frame. LMK if its doable.

progress over the weekend has gone well. I still have a few ROTJs to finish up and so far I have only made 2 or 3 scopes so I have a bit to go on that. I'll start taking payment sometime around the middle of the week.

There are lots of tutorials around that are probably better than mine, but this is how I did it.

ROTJ
1) Clean up all flash, bubbles and/or imperfections
2) Assemble all parts with JB Weld.
3) Paint entire prop with flat black
4) Dry brush silver paint over entire prop
5) Dry brush Rust color over entire prop
6) seal with a satin finish clear coat.

ESB
1a) For butstock follow the wood grain tutorial at http://sci-fire.com
1b) brush a small amount of orange onto the square greeblie
2) Paint the rest with flat black
3) paint flash tube with chrome spray paint (won't look like real chrome but close enough)
4) drybrush some silver/gray as you see fit over entire thing
4) drybrush some black over the chromed flash tube.

got mine today went together nicely. went to put the stock bracket on the stock and it gave way but its an easy fix. I'll get a small piece of wood shoved under there for alittle extra support and it will be good as new. I am very happy with the way it turned out, cant wait to take to the Indiana prop party next saturday and show it off. thanks again for doing these, Chuck.:thumbup

Hey,

Just got mine, I live in Canada, no problem what so ever. Customs didn't even open to inspect.

On an other note, the riffle looks amazing, can't wait to actually start cleaning it up and painting it.

I'll tell you what happens when it gets rejected at the border...nothing. I paid for an ESB blaster in May...nothing. Now I'm out $281.66 (CDN), and no blaster. No reply to emails either.
