Interim Jango/Boba Armor?

I'm thinking, Boba went and dug up Jango's armor from geonosis at some point. He did use it, though I think it was "re-sized" because he was still young. He did have I think like 3 different suits of Mandalorian armor. I was thinking, it'd be cool to do some sort of "interim" Boba suit. Picture this:
Very weathered/rusty/Jango armor.
Only the pieces boba chose to keep. No thighs or shins? A very weathered helmet. With boba's dent, but still with jango's paint scheme.
VERY weathered armor. Because after all, it was underground for a while.
Has anyone done this? Or attempted to? What are your opinions and any facts I left out or got wrong? Thanks

hmmmm that is a cool idea. you could mix and match esb and rotj pieces with pieces of jangos armor. for example, weathered jango helmet, rotj armor annd jetpack and belt, esb gauntlets and gloves, jango girth belt and thigh and shin plates with rotj boots and spats.

i like the new toy for the young master fett.

Nice, haha. Yeah, more so the reeeealy beat up, weathered, jango armor. Not quite where Boba paints his new armor. Really weathered jango with some "missing" pieces.

I've been brainstorming a "young boba" figure I want to make to go with my young vader figure ( Young Darth Vader | Flickr - Photo Sharing! )
So far i want to use the clone wars young boba head with like a 5 o clock shadow to show he's maturing. As for the body i want a poncho covering the chest and arms to the elbow, no gloves, regular boba pants/boots, and a single gun holster like jango's. Sort of a "man with no name" clint eastwood look.

@CapYesterday, kinda like this? ;)

Seems like a cool idea, really. With so much screen-accurate costumes around the world, seems strange that there's so few alternate and "what if" versions. Of course there's nothing like a real deal but still... ;) Cool that people play with ideas!
