Lookie what i got today. i knew these things were heavy but not this heavy. no wonder Jeremy held this thing on his wrist, and with all the extra stuff on it. its about the only comfortable way to hold it over time. i was also surprised to find out these are double action, especially considering there only 1 shoters but it only makes it that much cooler for the project.. anyway shes all matching Ser# 18620. year 1917. and in excellent condition aside from a few small places where the bluing has rubbed off from trigger use. I'd like to give a Thank you to Chris (SingleSeat) for helping me find one of these and initiating talks with the seller. Your a real great guy. Thank you so much for all the help!!!:cheers
now the hunt is on for some metal places. anyone know of any? preferably in the new england north shore area that might be willing to do this project. I'm hoping to do at least 10 of these if not 20 as i hope the more i order the less they will cost individually. if they do cost to much for steel then i will probably go to a less costly metal like bronze or something.
Edit: Pictures may be Big for some people so proceed at own risk!!
