Alright put me down for a 32" ROTJ completed girth. Daz will just have to wait for his ankle spat payment LOL!:lol:

Cool, smallest available is size 34 (they measure 32 inches from buckle end to buckle end). If you have a 30 - 32 inch waist in pants, a 34 girth is what you need. If not, lemme know you're pants size.

hey guys, for those of you doing ESB belts, i went by Lowe's this morning, and spoke with Sonik while there, and i really feel that the Antique Red is the color to go with for ESB...the Dutch Chocolate is just to brown...i honestly believe that there is a hint of red in these belts, and the Antique Red looks spot on...if anyone would be interested in going to Lowe's to see for yourself, make sure to look at the WATER BASED STAIN, in MinWax brand, and look at the Antique Red piece of wood there...thanks!

I agree on the hint of red in the belt. There is definatly some of it in it, no doubt about that.
Now to take Jeremy's costume as an example, on his girth it clearly shows the "redness" of the girth belt. As FettDad says i also think it would look loads better if it had the red in it. Also most reference pictures show it very clear.

Maybe it seems a bit brown from the weathering, thats how i feel about it;)

I too have seen the Antique Red at Lowe's. There is definetly some red in it. I think it looks better than the brown though. Just my 2 cents.

LOL Okay guys. I cannot get the minwax in gallons, and buying buy the quart would make this ridiculousely expensive. So, I and Fettdad did some research and found colors in Olympic brand that will work, and as for ESB, are much closer to the screen color.

Scroll down to "available colors", click on "download color card", once you're on the pdf page change the size in the top bar to 100% and you will be able to see the colors and read the names more clearly.

ROTJ = Copper Henna

ESB = New Pilgrim Red

Once I get the thumbs-up from you guys on that ESB color, I will set the price, and begin taking payments. Thanks guys, I know it's been an ordeal, but I want these perfect, so you guys are gettin your moneys worth, or better. :)

I'm pretty sure they will be $70 plus shipping. Just still trying to get everyone's feedback on the ESB color from Olympic. Guys, I need your help to insure the color is right. If I can get that straight, I would like to start taking payments on Friday. Would also be nice to make this an even 20 belt run.

Okay, gents. I finished the straps on my belt. This is what I'll be doing to yours. The only difference, is that I'll be leaving a few more inches on the end, and including two extra eyelets (loose) in the box when I ship. This is just in case a few of you larger gents, need an extra eyelet. Comments/concerns? :)
