It can, how the elastic subject them to Knee armor. I've been mulling over, and I thought of snaps, but I don't know!. Any Suggestion?
Ah, excuse my English:(

Ok, I stick to one side. But the other side! vusto have some videos that use as few hitches, but I have not clear! Someone knows what is it?

Okay, there's a couple of ways. By "glue it", he means just that. Use something like E6000 or a strong epoxy on both sides. Then you will just slide the knee armor onto your knees over the flightsuit. Snaps is another way. And then there's velcro. Sew on the velcro to the straps. Then you can stick the velcro to the inside of the knee armor. Make sure that you use industrial strength velcro so that it doesn't come off. Any one of those methods should work out fine for you. Good luck...(y)

The velcro is good, so dosen't roll the part of the knee. Hitting the elastic on both sides I had not thought of. I had in mind, hitting only one side and the other end to fix it in a way that could easily remove it and put it

I wrapped cardboard (like cereal box) around one end and stapled, so I'd have a nice hard surface to glue to armor. On other side wraped thick fabrick and sewed snap thru both fabric and elastic. I also added a loop on the back of the knee of the jumpsuit that I slide the elastic thru to keep my armor from sliding down my shin without having to make the elastic super tight.
