Help with ROTJ Blaster

I am making a custom blaster and I need help finding the the center piece of the blaster. Is it a plumbing part? It has one inch wings on each side. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATFUL.

i THINK that whole barrel is a PVC pipe with those fins fabricated from plastic sheet. Then those "rings are added along with t-track
