Decided I'll keep all the progress of builds in this thread. Some of you may have seen my helmet. I'm now working on the armor. Here's a few progress pics:
Plan on using this almost strictly as a statue display.
Just wondering what everyone thinks of the armor color (compared to the helmet)?

That is a sweet helmet paint job. Very nice. The armor color looks great as well.
Thanks for the kind words, guys. All the paints are custom mixed by me. I did a layer effect with the damage and painted everything by hand. The dirty look was accomplish with an airbrush.
Here's some pics of my jumpsuit (sewn by Ladysewforus...is she still around?) and batninja vest. I dyed the jumpsuit a bit more.
Not too dark on the jumpsuit color is it? Should I darken the bottom of the suit more?
Looks great! I think the jumpsuit is OK... just make sure you weather the vest now.
Yep, I'll get to the vest eventually.
Here's some pics of everything on the mannequin I'm using. Still need to tweak out the mannequin (especially the left arm). He looks pretty nice next to my Vader and Stormtrooper.
I am jealous of your costume. Well....All of them! All of it looks great so far lol. Oh ya the ladysewforus is still doing her magic work.

It's a FPH helmet. Spent a LOOONG time painting it.
haha...i meant the Vader helmet lol But the Fett helmet, is of course awesome. Im petrified to paint my Scratch build cast. lol Thats a great job there!
Sorry bout that! Man, I've been so airheaded lately. Anyhow, it's a JB ESB V2 helmet. Really nice fan made helmet. I also have a TM helmet but haven't started on that yet.
haha no worries...Ah the JB...nice. Looks great on that build. I was a Vader guy before Fett, but then switched over to Fett cuz im not tall enough to pull off a good Vader. I will however, eventually, do what you have done here and build one for display. Vader and Fett were my faves a s a kid. Again, nice work man on all of em!

Yeah, making the Vader statue took me years of finding just the right parts. I imagine that'll probably happen with Fett, but so far, I'm liking what I have with him.
By the way, here's some more pics:
Just threw the parts on real quick for the pic. Using Bobamaker's bolt system for the armor on the vest. Getting there slowly but surely.

Minor update again: added lower abdomen armor plus other details.
I really need to rebuild the shoulders and upper arms on this mannequin. Just noticed that the chest decal is on the small side, so I'm going to redo that (thanks to Rafalfett for the templates!)

Thanks guys! I changed the emblem on the chest and resized it. Positioning is a bit off from the screen used, but oh well.
He looks pretty goofy with those droopy sleeves. Going to start work on the mannequin arms and hands and then the gaunts soon.

Been awhile since I worked on Fett, but finally getting my parts in from Mojo Fett has motivated me to start working again.
Here's a pic of what I have so far. My fett is still on stumpy status with the lack of hands. Still need to bulk the mannequin up here and there, repostion arms, among other things.
Does anyone know where to get nice Jetpack hooks nowadays?
Took a break on Fett for awhile, but I've been spending the last week working on him again. Here's what I have done:
Still not finished fine tuning the mannequin. Also, I'm about to get a ammo belt and girth belt from my friend and pouches from Batninja. Hopefully I can dye them to a similiar color I got the suit in. Plan on getting MOW's jetpack soon too.
Anyone have any advice about getting jetpack hooks?

It's not very often you see a display where all the build ups have such accurate detail, hope to be where you are within the next couple of years, looks amazing
love this build, the armor colors are very well done. Did you make mods to the mannequin arms to style that pose?
The chest pieces should be closer to the collar IMO....VERY SWEET SUIT!!! (can I move into your basement?)
Still a work in progress, so I'll go back and correct that amongst other things. At this point, I'm just throwing the parts I have together. Here's what I've got so far:
I need to change the wires in the left hand as they are a bit too stiff. Also, I'll adjust the right wrist a bit. Still working on this!
