Girth Belt

Does anyone know where to buy such a thing and how much it would cost? and has anyone make a girth belt from red yarn?

The girth belt is originally for a horse if I'm not mistaken to keep the saddle on. If your planning on dieing the rope then I would expect you could find a cheap off color one for under $20. I don't think yarn would work too well, but more studier kinds of rope might.

I was just at a Horse place for my little sister before I posted this thread and I looked for it on the horse (fully saddeled) but all i saw was a black padded strap on the bottom...

Then go to Lowes or your equivelent and get a dark maroon wood stain. I cannot remember the shade, but it was settled upon her on TDH.
