Forgive me if I sound Stupid

Ok, I am new to this site and feel like I am a chicken running around with his head cut off lol. Alright, from my last day of research on these boards, I have just been trying to figure out the difference in the Boba Fett costumes. It seems to me that the prefered costume is the ROTJ SE. Correct me if I am wrong but this seems to be an ESB helmet with everything else of the Fett consisting of ROTJ parts. I am really interested in trying to make the best possible Fett for my garrison and I feel from everyone this is the best way to go. Any advice would be great. I was looking at FettPride helmets and this looks amazing. I would rather spend the money on the premium helmet and was wondering if the premium would work for an ESB helmet or a ROTJ. I really do not know the difference between the ROTJ helmet and ESB helmet. I know I sound like a noob but I am really wanting to better our garrison with a great quality Fett and I want to start out on the right foot without heading in the wrong direction with this. You have it correct. The SE Fett is ROTJ armor, gaunts, and blaster with the ESB helmet. As far as the helmet you mentioned, I believe you could use it for either ESB or ROTJ look without any problem. They were basically just different paint schemes (well there are differences, but the paint is the major one). Good luck on your build.

I too am trying to start a Fett. I've decided to use the WoF templates to make my armour, since it looks the least expensive, and I'm going to strive for a dang good suit too!

I to am new to TDH...I am going to make a custom build first though, but i never noticed a difference between ESB Fett and ROTJ Fett...gota check that out!! also, if i buy a helmet, will that be frowned apon, but if i do i will custom paint it...but i will try to make my own first with the WoF templates, wana thank him for those!

Well there is a difference in the paint scheme of the ESB Fett and the ROTJ Fett helmet but there is a several differences that I have noticed on the ESB armor and ROTJ armor. The ESB after some clarification is the helmet used for the Special Edition Boba with the ROTJ armor. Thanks again everyone, now to just start saving up some money and find a good EE-3 ROTJ blaster. I think I want to start there but not entirely sure.

Practically every part of an ESB costume is different than an ROTJ costume. There's just not any "minor differences".

I was not implying that the differences in the ESB Fett armor and the ROTJ armor were minor. I was just stating that there are quite a bit of obvious changes that are quickly noticed. The more you look the more of a difference you find in the 2 different armors.

Yep. It's even deeper. Even the SE is not just an ROTJ costume with an ESB bucket.... The SE promo pics have it set up with another hose connecting to the missile on top of the left gauntlet that tucks behind the cape towards the jetpack, not up the arm sleeve like the right arm hose. The SE also has more ammo pouches than the ROTJ and two different colored saddlebags which are mounted behind the ammo belt (ESB style) instead of wrapping around the ammo belt like ROTJ has. The SE also uses a pre-production Boba left knee armor.
