    May 12, 2009, 6:24 PM - Flightsuit Run 5/15 #1

    Hey Everyone!
I've finally gotten through the ton of personal sewing I had to do and my last day of school is tomorrow so I am ready to start a new flightsuit run. These are blueish/greyish 100% cotton twill with a double ended zipper. I just got a new computer, of course all the pics are on the old one, I will find one and post it. The price is $175 plus $15 shipping US. If you are outside the US I can find out how much for shipping. I have pockets made up for 5 suits.
    Any questions? Please PM me.
    Thanks,
    Arkady/Carole

Here's a picture of the Ladysewforus flight suit The image doesn't show how beautiful these really are. I'm glad Carole is part of the Ladysewforus TEAM

I'm sorry if the pic is misleading, but the belt pouches are not included. But the color is very good for ESB

You don't happen to sell the boots at all do you? Or was that just for the picture?

I'm not sure but I think they are $35 a pair, shoot a PM to Debbi (Ladysewforus here at TDH), she does the rest of the soft parts, I just do suits

Ok, thanks a lot. I'll have to keep that in mind, because unfortunately I'm not monetarily fit (being disabled and only getting one paycheck a month from Social Security will do that to a guy) to start a build as of yet. It might be a while after I get all of my bills paid off....:shivers:.... ugh...but I will definitely look into it, as those boots look really good, as does the flight suit.

I just recently received my suit and it's awesome ! Follow the instructions for getting your sizes correct, I did, and mine is a really nice fit. I'm what you would call "stocky" :P and it fits me well, even makes me look a bit slimmer. As I keep losing weight, it looks like it will definitely continue to look good on me. I have a flak vest made by Mark, suit by Carole, and I'll be getting my pouches and neck seal from Debbi very soon.

It's worth the investment to get great looking, well made gear, especially if you have no sewing skills !!

As I don't have any real sewing skills either (just rudimentary stuff from Junior High, I only sewed a pillow) I'm going to subscribe to this thread to keep it fresh in my mind when I can actually spend some money towards a build.

Just to be clear, arklady or Lady Sewforus do NOT make boots! they are just in the pic so you can see how the suit fits over them (thats my guess why anyway) Boots are tough to get right now as CABoots do not have them available at this time and are looking for a new maker for them. Evolutiontoys on e-bay makes a decent pair. There is an interest thread for JW boots up now,but it may be a while before they get going.

Ok back to our regularly scheduled thread...Flightsuits by Arklady and pouches by Ladysewforus WOOT! cant wait to get mine!

Ok, thanks. That's what I figured when I first posted the question, that it was there just for the picture. Thanks again.

My reply about a pair was for the belt pouches. The post about boots must have came in at just the right moment to cause confusion!
