flak vest and neck seal, neone help??

hey everyone. im looking to either buy used or have a vest and neck seal sewn for me....heres the catch, i have to pay via moneyorder at this time problem being i have a flag on all my CC's and bank account due to identity theft issuse so i cant use my paypal for awile untill i get all this mess cleared up :cry i would have the payment sent priority so it would be there in like 2-3 days tops....if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it! give me a PM if u can help!!!!!
