FettLights

Hey all, long time no post. ;)

I normally don't "advertise" my circuits. If someone wants them, I'm always open to e-mails or PMs. However, there was a high demand for them a while back (so I ordered several boards), and only a few sold. Now I have about 1 dozen spare boards available. :)

So the point is, I have two sets of FettLights built-up and nearly completed. All they lack are two parts for each, which I'll have to order, and as some of you know, I don't have the funds to front more parts on these at the moment. So ... if anyone is wanting a set of FettLights now, please let me know ASAP. Once I receive payment (even on one set), I'll order the needed parts and ship out the lights within a week (barring any delays on parts shipment, which is rare).

Again, this isn't like a push to sell the lights. I'll post this on the RPF as well, so I'm sure they'll go. I have two other projects coming up by next week (most likely), so this is just my attempt at recouping money I've already spent, and promising a quick turn-around before things get a little busier. :)

Thanks for looking,

I purchased a set of shackman's lights last year, they are awesome! They will really make your costume stand out. If I new how to post pics on here I would. Last Halloween I must of had 100 compliments on how cool the lights are. The best was from a Hooters girl, nice!

Thanks Braks. :)

I *just* got an e-mail from one of my suppliers yesterday, that my parts are shipping (been on back-order for weeks). I have maybe a dozen or so FettLight boards left if anyone needs/wants them soon.

After these are gone, my circiut may die off. Someone else was offering up the same circuit recently at a cheaper price, so there'd be no point in me ordering more boards. This isn't a push for sales (I hate that myself) ... I have the boards on-hand and can keep them as long as needed. I'm just saying that when they're gone, they may be gone (depends on the other person's runs I guess).

For those of you with other prop interests (Vader, R2, BTTF), I do have other ventures in the works ... :wacko

Thanks,

How 'bout a tutorial (brief or detailed) on how to wire these lights ourselves? I, and many others, are in the position that if we don't make it ourselves, it will never happen. But sell the ones you have first...them make the tutorial :)

I'm assuming you haven't been on-board with TDH TOO long, so welcome to the group. :) No, that wasn't totally sarcastic. ;) If you'll check out Brak's Buddy's tutorial site, the schematic for my lights has been available for almost two years now. :)

For anyone that's electronically inclined, I'd be happy for you to build your own, and will answre any questions you may have as time permits (I'm currently dpong what I can do bring in an income, not leaving me much "free-time"). And if you can assemble the circuit, but don't want to invest in a PIC programmer or the time to create your own code to operate it, I can sell just the programmed micro.

Good luck,

Thanks man.

I didn't realize that those were yours...I came across them quite a while ago but forgot where I had seen them. In the open and sharing spirit of TDH, thanks for making those available!

Now I just have to figure out how to use them! :wacko

Thanks for wishing me luck...I'll need it!!

No problem Robert. Good luck (again), and if it doesn't work out the way you want, and you collect other props, I may be open to possible trades (once I get an income again). :(

PM returned, Richard. :)

Thanks for the endorsement, Jason. :)

Lynn, yes, they're still available. Interest died-down after my last order of PC boards, so I have a few left. Just e-mail or PM me if you have any questions.

Thanks,
