while I regret hearing about your daughter, Gabe is clearly not the only one that is having a continual issue with you. After spending his money on your stuff, and receiving fake tracking numbers, broken product, and poor product he has every right to hound you until the issue is made right by either sending him what he ordered as shown by your photos or by giving him his money back. And frankly your responses are sounding a lot like the ones I got from SFP after they ripped me a new one. The number of complaints from the number of people quite sufficiently shows the truth about your product and services, had you changed and improved, the complaints would have stopped afterwards.
