Escher's ROTJ Jetpack

Escher

Active Hunter
Finished up my JP today. Im quite pleased with it because I love the beaten up and dirty look to it. This was my first time using an airbrush so I was quite timid at first but then relaxed more as I got used to its little quirky tendencies...

Let me know what you think!

SPECS:
JP - MOW
Decals - Lucksy31
Beacon - Serenity
(saint nasty's beacon light yet to come)

LMAO @Fettdad...

Looks GREAT for your first time out... although the AOSW paintscheme you have there are no emblems on the white and bottom yellow section or at least theyre VERY VERY VERY Faded at least...so what Im doing with mine is painting them with grey and then sanding...if u look they were on there at one point but very light and now theyre pretty much gone....also no offense to lucky but the decals for the fuel tanks arent accurate to the screen used pack, and I would go ahead and paint those on with a brush...same with any of the writing on the pack looks more correct IMHO...one more thing u may want to consider the red on the thrusters is also very faded in AOSW...may want to go in with something to make it faded looking...trying to work that out myself as it was never a bright red

thanks guys for the comments and tips! i did notice that the emblems on the white were almost a faded baby blue..but i decided to take aspects of multiple JPs that I have seen and use what I liked from each, while still keeping in the realm of the rotj look, however as F4R pointed out I think I will go ahead and fade some of the red anyways because I like that idea quite a bit

and Fettdad...fuzzy green carpets make THE best photoshoot areas..(trade secret my boy ;))
