    If I remember correctly that is in fact a Cloud City Security Blaster: It's the Relby-k23. When you absolutely, positively have to protect every citizen in a city among the clouds - accept no substitute.

    From what I have seen it appears to be the same basis for Fett's Sidearm...but it's got a ton of greeblies added and is painted a metalic gun metal color.

    Here it is in it's intended use:
