ESB ROCKET. Input please. Machined ALuminum

Im going to have a rocket (for the rocket pack) machined in aluminum. Im looking for the most acurate reference we have.

Should I assume the WOF templates are the most acurate?

Im going to have the entire upright past the rocket pack machined in solid aluminum, as acurate and finished as possible, so ill have a mother/master when the time comes for me to make my pack.

I can work off of photos, and the wof/skuli's templats/papur but Im asking you, the experts, what is the best thing for me to work off of. I dont have access to a lot of the source material here, but I have access to a 3 million dollar shop with most of that being CNC cutting mahcines. I can literally tool anything there.

The guy that owns it, does custom motorcycle rims for upwards of 8k a shot. Hes unbelievable and can machine anything.

That being said, I could really use some help getting this right, right out of the gate.

If someone has cad drawings of it, now that would be something special.

Thanks!
Mason

I'm no expert really, but one thing I would like to see done, is retractable (or at least movable) grappling blades. Since the ESB pack was probably one of the originally built pre-pro packs, I'm pretty convinced it had the blade that spring out. See the "new" SuperTrooper video for hat I mean.

I AGREE

i was thinking of this if I ever had someone machine an aluminum rocket for me,

i would totally mill some slits in there and put those in there

Id have to see them up close to see how thick the slits are.

My goal here is to create a rocket that I can make molds from.

Most importantly i want a rocket with no seam line.
