ESB Jet Pack colours?

JayBox325

Hi,

my jetpack arrived today, and I am going to respray it, as the jet pack itself isn'tthe most detailed thing in the world, I think I can get away with sanding off a little bit of paint and then primering on top of that.

the main green for the ESB jetpack is what colour? I am after an accurate spray paint.

Thanks

UPDATE - - - - - - - - - -

After beginning to sand it I realised it wasn't primered so most of the paint just fell away. I am just after the yellow that is used on certain parts of the jet pack. And more importantly, the geen. It seems like one or two shades darker than Tamiya Field Grey. Any help is appreciated.

Hmmm, maybe if I do it the same colour as the helm and mist it a bit with black? I also need to sort out how I would attach the rocket to the jet pack, preferably so I can take it off for transporting... I was thinking velcro, but I doubt that will hold it... Any ideas?

What pack is that? If you were in the US i could help more with colors I kow you need spray cans, u could get away with using what you used on the helmet maybe depending on how dark it is, the yellow I used the same stuff I use on shoulders with brown misting till i liked it. Then u need a maroon and a brown and khaki kinda color for the markings

A plastic one I bought on eBay to get me started. It's quite tough. Just need to figure out a way to stick the rocket in AND make it removable when I am traveling with it.

I just glued a bolt to the bottom of the rocket and drilled a hole through the top of the pack body. Secure it with a wingnut from the inside and you're good to go.

^ that is a brilliant idea! I just need to try and fit my hand up inside... I'll try and make that work! Thanks again. Just need the green....

Use humbrol #78 as the green source bro! Weathering and some additional darker green shades will do the job!

You can get humbrol colors in the UK.

I used this on my jetpack too. :)
