ESB Fett MOW Boots and Girth Belt WIP

Well all here is an update to what I have going on. I just got done with my boots and my girthbelt (minus the nylon straps which I still have to track down). I followed the weathering steps posted by Spideyfett (great tutorial btw!!!). I went darker though based on this being an ESB Fett and they always looked a bit darker to me. Also put on the Mojo spikes (awesome!!) which I will need to weather, any ideas on the best way to do that?


The girth belt was done with latex stain. It is hard to get a good picture of it but the color is a rusty brown/red. Ill have to see how it turns out once completely dried. May require a second coat of stain or some dusting with another color to get it just right.

Thanks Rafal!!! Items continue to trickle in, should be receiving some Fettpride armor and LSFU softparts in the near future. Working on those items is what scares me. A bit intimidating with the painting and weathering. Still very excited though!!! The costume is finally coming together. Couldn't have done any of this without the help of everyone here.

Thats good to hear, but I think I might end up sanding it down to nothing with my painting skills

Just practice the battle damage and paint techniques on some scrap plastic before you do the real thing so you're comfortable with it.
