Hey All. So after two years of this project being on hold due to family needs and home repairs I finally got to work on this again. I am very close to being done. I have a couple of questions. Help me TDH. You're my only hope!

Here are some pics of my very first test fit. I forgot to get a profile to show off the jet pack. I also realized afterwords that the cape was on the wrong shoulder.

Cod and kidney needs secureed down so thats why it's just hanging on there. Need to fill pockets with foam and add the hose from the gauntlet to the sleeve. Also need to dirty up the knees a lot more after seeing them in the pics.

My big question:

I have Bobamaker's jump suit. It fits and looks great. One small problem is once I have everything on it bunches up a little to where the legs are a tad short. How can I correct this so I can do the cuffed ankles at the bottom? I was thinking of going to JoAnn fabrics and trying to match the color and fabric and just making something that would looke right.

Aside from the things that you've already mentioned, you're looking pretty **** good.

Have you thought of extending the legs slightly by adding an internal sleeve to each? If it doesn't need much, you could just sew the binding straps to the bottom and you're done.

That was an idea I had. My only concern is trying to color match. Any more ideas? I was also thinking of sewing in some elastic stirups to try and keep the pant legs from bunching up when the knee armor goes on.

Looking awesome man! One thing I can suggest for getting the right color for extra fabric is to get as CLOSE as you possibly can, and then use some dirty-looking weathering techniques to kind of "blend" the extra fabric to the actual jumpsuit. Killing 2 birds with one stone I feel ;)
