ESB EE-3 Flash Tube Questions

So, I have an ESB EE-3 headed my way from Stormrider. I need the Flash Tube to finish it off. I would prefer to pick up a tube at Home Depot and drill out the holes needed, but I do not have the tools required to make that happen, or the details (How long is the tube itself? What is the diameter of the tube? and what sizes are the holes and where are they located exactly?) I have been looking on ebay at the available Heiland Tubes, and the prices seem to be jumping up a bit higher than I really wanted to pay out. Is there a Vendor out there that I do not know about that makes these replica tubes? I'd rather send my money that direction than to ebay if I can help it.
