ESB correct sidearm interest topic

I have been able to do things on this in dribs and drabs? I got my Ali tube today and need to get it turned/faced off to accurate length and a small internal bore at both ends... then a modification to it's shape... then if I'm happy with the end result I can order this on mass order to further and keep the cost down for everyone! ;) stay tuned...
 
Forgot to add some pics I had...
I've filled both sides of the trigger opening and the underside of the trigger guard recess to ensure that there is no air entrapment.

Gonna get ready to box this up for final casting processes. :D

Gav you are the man, guys you should realise this chap has put a lot of hard work and effort in to getting this replica made as spot on as possible, and it is appreciated bro (y)
 
Man, have I been missing out! I will definitely get on the list, but I would hate for that many of you ahead of me to be unable to get this work of beauty that is being created. I can only hope for another run. I wish you all a healthy and happy holiday season.

Cheers bruv, Block mould is now curing overnight and should be able to demould... then comes the first pour! :D
Ali body is with my machinist to see if my design will work...
