Hey everyone. I haven't posted anything new for a while... been busy with school. I've been working on a blaster kit I bought a few weeks ago as I get a chance. You can see the greeblies it came with in the first pic but I scratch built the rest (using WOF's awesome templates) and I made new scope mounts. I'll post pics of that stuff later, I have to hurry to get ot bed. I just really want to show you how the stock turned out so far, and it was completely by accident. I'm really happy with it.

I'm pretty good with wood but I cant take credit for the actual woodworking here. All I did was paint and a little reshaping here and there.

    Still... awesome stock bro.
Give me a piece of metal or plastic and I can normally work it... wood just fights back!!

I have a little free time this afternoon so I thought I'd post some pics of some of the other parts I have made.

**EDIT** Added a pic of the pulley made from WOF's templates. I forgot it.

I got a little more work done last night. I started painting the greeblies for the stock but I almost hate to put them on and cover it up, I like it so much. Here's everything I have now.

Looks good. The flash tube seems a bit long, though.

Yeah... I'm gonna work on that aparently there was some superglue somewhere inside and when I put the tube in it stuck. I know I have a couple of inches of room inside. I just gotta figure out how to get it apart without destroying anything.

Well I got it apart but only after ripping the entire barrel, and a few other parts, off. I got it put back together and dicided to go ahead and attach the stock greeblies. I think I shall go ahead and call it finished... for the time being.

Looks nice, but your V8 lever is on the wrong side of the gun.

In my research I've seen it so many different ways and no seemed to be sure of what was exactly right. I've seen it on both sides and on either. I liked it best this way. Some one had thrown out the idea of it being a safety switch somewhere and I thought that seemed to be the logical placement if that's the case. I guess I can always change it or add another one if I need to. fortunately I have molds.

All ESB photos show it on the right side. There isn't any reference for the left side of the gun so no one knows if it's repeated on that side.
Some replicas have it on both sides, some have it on just the right.

Just curious where did you get those stock greeblies? I've been looking for some to finish my blaster.

I scratch built them using WOF's templates.
