    Drilling shoulder studs

    How do you guys typically drill the shoulder studs to prepare them to screw down onto the neck plate? Any tips? I'm afraid they'll crack.

    I filled my keyboard keys with JB Weld putty. Then I drilled it out a bit and stuck a nut inside. The nut is wedged in there and doesn't move. I have screws comming in from the bottom of the back armor. The screw that goes through the cape is a bit longer to make it easier to put the cape on.
