Thanks! I assume that what you see there is the lower part of the vest, and is accidentally hanging out under the left arm.

I agree! The whole Supertrooper/Boba Fett suit was made with great care and attention to each and every detail and looking to all the images posted in the first post everyone can see the complexity of the Boba Fett suit.
By the way, thanks for making this thread a 'sticky'!

Thanks! These are all images from the TDH Gallery and I advise everybody to check it more often, especially when you need reference to build or paint a particular part of the suit.

---------------------------------
Moved the following images for continuity:
Stage-03 after stage-01 - The jumpsuit goes first, then the boots! (although there are people who dress that way: first the boots, then the rest of the clothes)
Attachment 66510
Stage-14 after stage-10 - The left gauntlet was already on the wrist when they showed the right gauntlet.
Attachment 66511
Stage-27 after stage-28 - The balaclava is first in open position then in closed position (not the other way).
Attachment 66512
Stage-34 after stage-37 - The balaclava was already attached to the helmet interior.
Attachment 66513
Stage-38 after stage-21 - When Johnston's assistent (?) shows the cape, there's no helmet put on.
Attachment 66514
----------------------------------------
Update 11-01-2013
----------------------------------------
Stage-38 after stage-32 and stage-25 after stage-38 - In stage-25 we can see Johnston attaching the cape to the jetpack clip, so the cape show-off (stage-38) should go before that image, but after the image with the grappling hook inserted in the jetpack (stage-32).

Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
Is it known who wore the suits in the test fittings?
-
Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
In the Supertrooper suit was Alan Harris (the whole suit was build around him, but he played Bossk in the end) and in the Pre-Pro #1 suit (according to the Star Wars Chronicles) was Bruce Nicholson.

Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
Looks like I need to upgrade my jetpack harness with four large square d-rings instead of the plastic clips currently on. :thumbsup

Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
These photos are simply priceless!!!! :O
It's like our holy grail..... :)

Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
Dang it! Now i wanna upgrade my hoses so they do that through the sleeve thing and attach to the jetpack on those greeblies! More work for the wife when helping suit me up lol :P

Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
The first post was updated with a new image order for the sake of continuity (moved 2 images in other sequence) and for more info check out post #15 with more explanation (post already updated with that info). Sorry for this 'new' arrangement, but it seems that each and every part of the whole suit must be in its natural stage (to avoid stages like putting the helmet or the cape on and after 3-4 images he has them off).
And by the way, thanks for posting the link for this thread on the TDH facebook page (while I'm not a facebook fan and I don't have an account there, I still check out the TDH page for cool updates)!

Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
Ok this is a stupid question, what belt do the hip pouches go on, the ammo or girth belt? I can't seem to figure it out.

Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
The ammo belt:
Attachment 66517
Most of the suit variants used this type of pouch with the loop on top; exception was the Pre-Pro #3 and ESB suits (basically the same soft parts), which had an extension with velcro on one side and it was attached to the ammo belt from the inside. The same pouch is present in the AoSW and C-IV exibits, but this time (in lack of the ESB ammo belt?) the pouch is sewn to the girth belt:
Attachment 66518
The MoM, SWtE and DaG exibits has the looped poches:

Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
So I would put the hip pouches on my ammo belt for my ESB suit?

Under the ammo belt, hold in place with velcro from the inside (just a rough drawing):

Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
No! I was wrong! The belt pouch might be attached with velcro to the back of the ammo pouches:

Re: Dressing a Bounty Hunter in 40 Stages - A Black and White Story
I have snaps on my ammo belt behind the pouches and i attach the pouches to that. Same idea, just snaps instead of velcro.

Well, the suit is not bathroom friendly, but is still an amazing setup.
