I got spare time the week end (too rarely!) to draw up the ears in CAD.
I am intend to make them in aluminium. I 've just finished the knees in iron. Sounds ok la.
The layout are on scale 1/1 so, you can print them rigth away.

I am TK6461 from 501st French. I thought I was alone in this wild country.
I am doing up the dark sith lord too, about 50% done.
Boba is 40% done but much more details need to be worked out.

The sizes are based on several pictures study and on mystery helmetI bought. When finished in alloy, I 'll post you pictures for sure.
I have Autocad files advailable for experts...

LOL... i was just thinking about making aluminium ears as well and if ppl would buy them, but then thought they would be too much to make here, but in china you could pull it off.

I was working in Chinafor 3 months (Jieyang), doing some sculpting... i miss working there!!
beer was cheap and the food was good!

Not only the weather...but the people we're a lot nicer, plus the Great wall Ming's tome tiananmen square, Forbidden City and Tiananmen square were awsome places to see.. silk market was awesome as well.
LMK when you get the ears done.. i'd like 2 most likely.
