I'm ready to cut the vest for the straps to feed through.
I just wondered how you all did this and sew the slits so they don't fray. I am not the best sewer in the world so I wanted some pointers.
Pics might help too if possible.

I did this last night! I took a lighter to the cuts shouldnt fray after that right...thank me later bud. Hope this works for you....maybe reinforce it with some stiches later
Do you have access to a sewing machine or someone that does have one?

If your material isn't a synthetic it won't melt it will burn... Btw
I used the button hole setting on my sewing machine, and just made REALLY big button holes.

I bet some super glue would work just as good...its colorless and the spot will be covered by the backplate and collar anyways
