Custom flightsuit needed. Anyone willing and could give an estimate?

Hey, all you sewers!

I need a flightsuit for my Cam Kennedy style Fett but I really want to have the lower leg portion to be pretty form fitting like the book if possible with the "spat" portion as part of it. I also wondered if the thigh pockets could not have the angled flaps. I was figuring the majority of the pattern and color could be like the regular ROTJ but with these special features.

Maybe there could be elastic incorporated into the shin or even a zipper on the inseam if needed so I can get it over my foot.
