They're the same cheap Hasbro blaster. Now some people here have converted them and made a nice ROTJ trooping blaster.

They are both Hasbro blasters but the first one you listed came out a few years ago and there have been many that have modded this to make a ROTJ EE-3.

The second is one that was just released this year & does have some improved looks over the other but would need some mods to look right.

These are both small about 10 to 12 inches too short. They would pass but they do look small in an adults hands. There are WIP threads where people have modded the first on on here & here is what someone did with the second on the RPF:

The second linked blaster in the OP post is not the new version Hasbro EFX blaster it's a different Disney(?) non-functioning toy.

Incidentally the new Hasbro EFX version has some improved details but they've made other details less accurate.
